I can only comment on the scooter for its appearance, as it was a present for my grandson. I’ve seen him riding it and I know he’s super happy with it.

Scooter is OK but got a problem with the Allen key screws, they keep coming loose, making the handal bar loose, have to keep tightening them up,

My personal experience as been very good . Delivery was within 2 days . Scooter battery is excellent . I bought for 8 year old and restricted the speed for safety using the app. I have to say it’s well built and the battery is excellent . So far we have used to for 5 miles of travel and battery still showing 83%. Seems like it will last the 30km easily even with adult weight rider. Speed also very good . Excellent scooter for the money and better than the toys on the market . Just make sure you set speeds for younger kids and the kid is at least 1.3mtr tall I would say . We also received a spare tyre and inner tube with the TX85 pro. I would say very good scooter for the money .

Very unhappy with this bought for my son as a birthday present been out on it once and hasn’t been able to go back on it as it’s broken I’ve emailed,phoned,even tried the online chat(which does not work)eventually after a few emails I got a response asking what’s wrong with it I explained even sent photos and videos of the scooter and what it was doing when trying to get it to move,eventually got back to me& said it sounded like the throttle was broke so it would need sent back for it to be checked I explained to them that I didn’t have the box or packaging that I would have to find one big enough for it but I finally managed to get one but no packaging & where I live there’s no big shops that have packaging I would need as didn’t want the scooter confiscated because it wasn’t properly packaged so I emailed them again updating them on the situation I was in and low&behold I’ve had absolutely nothing back from them so I’m currently sitting with a broken scooter!!!!!
