We use DPD to ship our items as we found them to provide the best service. We use a Tracked & Signed service with a 1 hour time slot of your delivery.

We at Official Hoverboards make sure ALL our products are SAFE & COMPLAINT. We have our products tested in the UK to make sure they adhere to UK Standards.

Hoverboards have sensitive electrical components inside along with a lithium battery which if in contact with water can cause the Hoverboard to function intermittently, function incorrectly or completely stop functioning at all. 

We advise against using Hoverboards on any surface which is wet as this is a potential risk to causing water damage as Hoverboards are not Waterproof.

Hoverboards / Swegways are legal to purchase and use in the UK. There are some restrictions on where you can use them, to know where you can and cannot use them please speak to your local council(s)

We at Official Hoverboards provide a 12 Months Warranty with all our products. This warranty is with us and not any third party.

We believe there is no age too young or too old to use a Hoverboard. A minimum weight of 30KG is required to activate the gyros. We do however recommend that children under the age of 14 be supervised and use safety gear.

.At Hoverboards we do provide all our products with a 12 months warranty, however if this has passed the warranty period then we have a repair centre at which you can either send us your Hoverboard if you are not local or pop in and have it repaired while you wait.
