By purchasing online or offline from us you are entering into and agreeing to the following contractual agreement, also known as our Terms and Conditions.

ORDERING
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Official Hoverboard cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers have the right to cancel their order after placing it. Customers must email us to cancel a order and a full refund will be processed within 14 days (this only applies if the order has not been shipped), all funds will be refunded to card/payment source provided at time of purchase. If order has been booked with courier on our side at time of cancellation customer will be charged the relative postage costs, free shipping options will incur a £9.00 charge.
RETURNS POLICY
For all returns you will first need to contact us.
You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day return period, which starts on the day you received the item. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. Please ensure all security seals and tags are still intact. If good(s) have been used or damaged then we are unable to accept any return.
You’ll need to provide the following details with your consignment. It will be down to the customer to cover the cost of return postage for unwanted goods. Goods must still be sealed in original packaging.
1. Full Name
2. Order number (you’ll find this on your order confirmation e-mail)
3. State the reason for return.
Any item you have accepted is your responsibility to arrange postage back to us until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. As soon as the item is back with us and has undergone routine checks, we’ll be able to take your case further and either exchange, repair or refund your item as agreed. Please note, it can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your consignment.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices may fluctuate throughout the year with sales throughout the various seasons. If price is seen to be lower than the price you paid within 7 days of your purchase, we will give you store credit balance which will be the difference in the price you paid which can be used in store at a later date. This includes any January sales, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales that maybe on throughout the year.
REFUNDS
Once an order has been cancelled or returned for a refund the process can take up to 14 working days.
Faulty Items
If your item is within the 14 day cooling off period then a repair may be possible if board, charger or accessory are free of any damage and/or seals must be intact or else warranty void.
For any items outside of the 14 day cooling off period then there will be a £25 inspection fee to ascertain any faults. A written quotation will be provided to you before any work is carried out.
Please note, it can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your consignment.
Courier charges
Courier charges for returns are at the customers’ expense. officialhoverboard.co.uk will cover postal charges back to the customer.
WARRANTY
Our boards come with 1 year manufacturer warranty to cover any electrical or mechanical faults. Due to the nature of the product we cannot be held responsible for misuse, accidents or collision.
Board, charger and/or accessories must be free of any damage and/or seals must be intact or else warranty will be void, this includes water damage and misuse. In the last 11 months of the warranty the buyer must cover the postage back to us, we will cover it on return (after being repaired), the warranty requires the product to be returned to base at the customers cost.
Battery
Hoverboard and Electric Scooter batteries are covered under a 6-month limited warranty for battery malfunctions and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover the deterioration of the battery’s performance.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED
Please accept our apologies if you have received the wrong item or if it’s damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you’ve received the wrong item you must return the item in the same condition you received it in within 14 days to qualify for a refund or a replacement. For damaged or faulty items please contact us as soon as possible. You’ll need to explain where the fault or damage is located and we’ll then explain what to do next. Please contact us first before returning the item. Do not attempt to fix a faulty or damaged item as this will void the warranty and we will unable to accept any returns.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
Please accept our apologies if you have not received your item. This happens very rarely but when it does we appreciate how frustrating it can be and will do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible. Before contacting us please leave a reasonable amount of time to allow your delivery to arrive (14 days), our estimated delivery times are shown on our couriers tracking page. Delivery may be delayed by couriers due to busy periods such as Christmas or due to adverse weather conditions. To receive a refund or a replacement product you must contact us within 30 days after you received your dispatch confirmation email.
SAFETY NOTICE
Using an Official Hoverboard, like all sports, carries an inherent risk of injury, damage to property or even death. You should always wear a helmet, knee, wrist and elbow pads and any other protective equipment to limit your risk. You should use the product within your abilities. Familiarise yourself to stop (slide), mount and dis-mount and don’t board in traffic or other dangerous locations that may increase your risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall officialhoverboard.co.uk be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
At present Official Hoverboard only sends goods within the UK. We plan to add exports to our services in the future. If however you have a special request please contact us with your requirements.
SECURITY
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Official Hoverboard uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers.
During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.
* To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested.
* To improve the content design and layout of the website.
* To understand the interest and buying behaviour of our registered users
* To perform other such general marketing and promotional focused on our products and activities.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Official Hoverboard and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop at Official Hoverboard you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully, Official Hoverboard controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of, this site and materials contained.
If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.

The term “Official Hoverboard” as well as its associated images are protected by international copyright laws.
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Official Hoverboard grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale’s of commercial use of this site or its contents any collection and use of any products any collection and use of any product listings descriptions or prices any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information. For the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
This site may not be reproduced duplicated copied sold – resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial exploited without written consent of Official Hoverboard.

Official Hoverboard and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete reliable, or error free.
From time to time there may be information on Official Hoverboard that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include delivery.
