Without doubt the worst company I have ever bought anything from.
Bought a Christmas present for my son. Despite assurances on the website about quality checks didn’t work out of the box, pretty much spoiling his Christmas.
Went back and forth sending multiple videos trying to do a remote diagnosis. Nothing fixed it so sent it back expecting a refund. Instead got it sent back to me claiming it was fixed, it wasn’t. I wasn’t willing to go through the effort of sending more videos of the problem so asked for a refund. Was ignored multiple times.
In the end gave up and now have a redundant hoverboard in my shed and a very sad child.
Never buy anything from this company, they absolutely do not take responsibility when things don’t work and terrible customer service.
